Terms and Conditions

  • Deposit required-$100.00 per trip. You must cancel 4 weeks in advance or lose the deposit.

  • Your Captain will inform the customers the night before if the charter is cancelled due to weather. You will then have the option of rebooking, or have your deposit refunded.

  • Rates Subject to Change or Fluctuate around fuel prices

  • Payment for your charter will be cash or check.
